Access Education RRISD plans to endorse a slate of candidates for the Round Rock ISD General and Special election to be held Nov 8th, 2022. The endorsement process begins with a candidate survey open to all candidates. Survey responses will be made available to the community at the end of August, and community members are invited to suggest follow-up questions.
On September 13th, Access will host its Candidate Forum with candidates who are aligned with our community’s values. The Forum gives these candidates an opportunity to further elaborate on their views, differentiate themselves, and to answer questions generated from the Access community.
At our Access community meeting on Sept 20th, we will discuss the aligned candidates together and have the opportunity to participate in ranking candidates on a variety of measures.
All data generated during the endorsement process, as well as collected data and strategic information available to Access RRISD’s leadership team will be considered in making final candidate selections. Access RRISD will announce its endorsements on Sept 23rd and will host an in-person Meet and Greet with its slate of candidates on October 2nd.
